I started Pilates at home with only fifteen minutes a day and YouTube in the background. Ankle weights and a small ball were the first purchases. Then the workouts increased to thirty minutes, then forty-five, then dumbbells were ordered and I was properly hooked. Within months I was reading up on calisthenics and becoming obsessed. And that’s how my small home gym came to life.

Nearly everything here gets used in my actual workouts and while I’m not the strongest or perfect at any of it, it gets me moving and I am genuinely enjoying it.

Fun fact: I asked for the XL Parallettes and the Pull-up bar as gifts for Christmas.
